How to Make Aromatherapy Oil for Energy

Things You'll Need:
6-oz. dark glass bottle
Small pot of water
3 tbsp. sweet almond oil
2 tbsp. jojoba oil
1 tsp. vitamin E oil
10 drops geranium essential oil
10 drops rosewood essential oil
10 drops bergamot essential oil

Sterilize. Remove the cap and place the bottle and the cap in a small pot of water. Bring the water to a rolling boil and wait for 1 minute to turn off the heat. Let the water cool and then remove the cap and bottle. Let them drain and dry upside-down.

Measure directly into your bottle 3 tbsp. of sweet almond oil and 2 tbsp. of jojoba oil. Add 1 tsp. of vitamin E oil to help preserve the shelf life. Finally, add 10 drops of geranium essential oil, 10 drops of rosewood essential oil and 10 drops of bergamot essential oil.

Place the cap firmly on the bottle and shake gently. Continue to shake the bottle 2 or 3 times a day for 3 days to completely blend the oils and aromas. Shake gently before each use and keep the bottle in a cool, dark place.
